"I have been insured by Hans State Farm for a little over a year now maybe even more than that. Anytime I have an issue or I need help they have been nothing kind and helpful, and listened to my long list of questions and answered them all to the best of their ability. Joe, Steve, and Tara are amazing. I have talked to a few other there but I can’t remember names. However these three and the woman who deals with the claims are amazing at their job. Thank you guys for being there for your members the way you are, I’ll be staying here forever."

"After 25 years with USAA, I took a “leap of faith” and switched both my home, auto and umbrella policies to Hans Schell State Farm insurance. I was involved with a “hit and skip” auto accident with an uninsured driver, who immediately left the scene of the accident. The entire staff of Hans Schell State Farm insurance took the lead and walked me through the entire repair process, including quickly paying my bodyshop and arranging a rental car, with no “down time” or issues, making the entire repair process easy, and “pain free!” I especially want to thank Kathy for all her help and assistance, answering all questions and staying on the line while a rental car was scheduled. I would HIGHLY and WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this amazing agency for its excellent care and supreme customer service!"

"My mother-in-law was a customer for many years and when she passed away earlier this year my wife sold her car and asked for a refund of the difference in premium. After 2 months of waiting with still no check she is at her wit's end as this check is holding up the entire estate. There have been multiple checks "lost in the mail" with an excessive wait time required in between. She did verify with State Farm customer service that the first check was never even issued! The staff has been difficult and earlier today actually laughed at her on the phone when she tried to get an update. We're not sure this is an indication of how they would pay claims but as a whole it has been extremely difficult to deal with this company. UPDATE: Hans Schell worked with State Farm and was able to clear up the payment which we have now received. We very much appreciate the quick and direct response from Mr. Schell and the help in getting this completed."
