"I had a great first experience with Eric Haldi over at Hans Schell State Farm Insurance &Financial Services on this past Friday August 28th when I called to get an insurance quote about a potential new vehicle I was looking to buy. Eric was able to assist me the estimated quote amount and also went over and beyond by providing me with his phone number in case I was to purchase this new vehicle over the weekend. I end up purchasing the car I ask for insurance quote on and spoke with Eric on August 29th to let him know I did purchase new vehicle and he was able to get insurance put on my new vehicle seamlessly. "I was previously an Allstate insured until the Harmony Agency really let me down with poor service an increasing my homeowners insurance $400 in one year. Then when it went up to $1,400 a year for a small house I couldn’t believe it. I had been an Allstate customer since the 80’s but I’m tired of paying for people who build their houses in bad locations. While I have not had to use my homeowners insurance I’m paying for those people who make bad decisions on the location of where their house is and we all pay for it instead of Allstate increasing the premiums of those people who constantly have to use it!
